Initial: Paying for the item(s). Orders will be on GOMdrop and first payment(s) HAVE to be made before the deadline.

EMS/Shipping: This will be the second payment. It's shipping from my kaddy to me; it is split amongst those in the order.

Domestic: Shipment orders made from me to you! I will combine shipping if you have more than one order with me.

Depending on the type of GO, EMS would be fully paid by me such as fansign orders.

Initial payments will sometimes bleed into EMS/Shipping which means the second payment will either be fully paid or deducted.

Keep in mind I cannot control the process time for any of the items that aren't in my hands.

Deadlines are FINAL and I will not hold any items unless you DM with whatever issue you have and you put down a deposit.

If you don't make a payment before the deadline, your item will not be ordered.

If you don't pay EMS/domestic after a certain time or don't respond after multiple contacts, the order will go to stock/claim and there is NO refund.

I will send emails when as much as I can to keep people updated as much as possible. If it takes a while, occasionally I'll send an email to joiner to let people know I'm checking for new updates.

I put fragile stickers on all my packages, including envelopes, and check for any damages before shipping domestically after I ship out the package I am not responsible for any damage or lost mail.

I can do overseas shipping, just be in mind the high cost for tracking as the base price is usually around $14-$18.

Claims: Mostly for photocards that are from large album orders I do. I don't do requests as the photocard market is super high. But will post cheap ones if I find something reasonable.

Slogans: From fansites and if it's near a concert date, I will do orders for pick-up! EMS shipping is added to the initial price so EMS is occasionally paid for thanks to the bleed.

Dolls: These will take the longest from months to a year so please be very patient as they have to produced. I can't control the production and can update as much as I can.

Album: These are not discounted as these are for POB benefits and those wanting cards from shops. Or if there's an event such as lucky draws Which is another type of POB, I will open orders. If a fansign is attached to these, I will raffle the space to a random joiner.

Fansign: Album orders specifically for fansigns/video calls will be marked as so and are discounted. Since many albums are bought, I am limiting photobooks and doing inclusions + pobs, inclusions only and no inclusions + pobs.
